Rubbish! Their online portal never worked so I wasn't able to access the progress of my case. When I filled in my details they got a fair few of them wrong initially, including my bank account details! Their phone lines never had a good connection, which meant communication was difficult at the best of times. And the biggest problem, the amount sent back to me after the remortgage had completed is incorrect. You'd think they would be able to do simple maths, but no! I'll be ringing to get what money I am owed.
