Multiple delayed orders
Every pre-order you make with this company is always delayed and there excuse is that its the suppliers fault. Ther's only so many times you can use that excuse and when its about 3 pre-orders in a row its clearly a total cards issue. And no I don't want your crappy points system as an apology. They have now dispatched one of my order but I have not received an email for my other order and neither an update. You also cant get through to customer service on the phone as no one is their to answer. One of the worst companies out there in terms of customer experience but they're cheaper and you can pre-order earlier than any other website.
