No delivery, no communication, lost money
I spent £146 with this company two weeks ago. The order "went missing" with their courier, and I was advised by email (the single piece of comms I have had with them - which judging from other reviews is something of a miracle) to expect a re-delivery. This was four days ago, and still no delivery. I have tried dozens of times since to call, email, and deal with their chat bots since, and I have not had one response. I don't know how to get my money back, and I am so disappointed in this business, as they have had every opportunity to deal with this, and they have been good to deal with in the past.
