Solid platform with room for improvement
I've completed dozens of projects through Upwork with mostly positive results. The dispute resolution process is fair, and customer support is responsive. However, I wish there were better tools for vetting freelancers upfront. Sometimes you have to go through several candidates before finding the right fit.
