GOODS NOT PROVIDED nor REFUND
Ordered a Garmin watch on 17th April. I trusted this website as it was on top cashback. It's now 17th May still not received my goods and money has been taken. I have to call or email to get an update. How can a company take money for something , no communicate about itz if they never had stock of it in the first place. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be going to trading standards as this company should not be allowed to trade. Edit: May 30th A manager finally called me on Friday 23rd trying to resolve the issue..he gave me some reasonings as for the delay on a nearly £200 watch. He was nice enough on the calls and offered a discount, stated the watch will be with me by 1st week of June. I declined as purchased another watch. He said he would pass to the refund team and they will be in touch. No one has been in touch and I have contacted again today 30th May to be told I will not get any confirmation of refund until it's processed but yet I don't even know someone has the query. I informed that the manager should arrange to contact me instead of me them all the time..to check if I have had my refund he said we don't have to agree on this matter..wowwwwwwwww.. I have asked for an email stating specific info so I can take to trading standards. What a mess.......I asked who the ombudsman was to be told he doesn't know......I'm just so tired and will avoid this place at all costs
