Over $500 spent on a sewing machine, bank account charged (saying shipped, when it was not). No answers from Joann
I ordered a Brother sewing machine about 10 days ago (over $500). My bank account was charged just a couple days later and an email from Joann said the order had shipped. There was a “temporary” FedEx tracking number attached, indicated it had not actually been sent to the shipper. So, a week later and multiple emails and facebook messages sent to Joann, with no further updates or replies concerning my $500+ sewing machine order. I know times are hard right now for business. It’s also hard for individuals, and to have my bank account charged for that much $$$ and still nothing shipped (when they say it has).. seems a bit unethical to me. I placed my trust in Joann for this large purchase and I feel truly let down. At least they could hire enough customer service to handle all these issues they are having now.
