Excellent customer service
I had an issue, and the Customer Service reps (Marnelli and May) were fantastic in offering assistance - so much better than some other companies I've had to deal with in the past. It just makes so much of a difference to the shopping experience when the customer service reps have actually read the last couple of emails and KNOW what the issue is, and offer practical assistance/ take the initiative to at least try to solve problems, rather than making excuses. We all hate it when, as buyers, we must repeat ourselves continuously because the customer service rep who next responds is different to the last and is too lazy to check that they are not asking the exact same questions all over again, or they just cut and paste tracts of whatever template they've been given.
