The website didn’t allow me to use my pac code to port my number over at first, but it seemed to be an issue on O2’s end. Edz who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in making sure it was all sorted once I’d spoken to O2 again to get a pac code that worked. Edz is a credit to the company, especially in comparison to the person I spoke to from O2, who was particularly difficult to deal with.
