Conquela at Effy Concierge Dept
Conquela at the Effy Concierge Dept. went above and beyond! I inquired about a sailboat gold and diamond necklace. She went out of her way to send photos and a video of the item. As anticipated, the pendant is more beautiful IRL! The bail is large enough to utilize a more durable gold chain; I was able to use a larger chain with a 3/8inch connector ring. The website photos did not detail the bail, her video helped to view how durable the connecting bail is. Thanks to her, we are very happy with our experience!
