WARNING! Refund policy not what is stated on their website
Shoes were fine, shipping was on time, however when I returned my shoes (as they did not fit) I was advised that on top of the £3 charge for the return postage I was also being deducted £4 for the original postage which I was told was not refundable. This is not what their website refund policy states - 'If you request a refund you will be refunded the full amount of the returned item(s) plus the standard postage option to your delivery address.'
