Not Deaf friendly
If you are Deaf or hard of hearing, avoid this company. No awareness whatsoever. Upon joining the company, I experienced an issue requiring me to contact them. Communication could only be via chat, email, or for them to contact me. Chat kept cutting off, or took a very long time to get hold of someone, which was frustrating. When I finally did get hold of someone, I explained that I would need to arrange an interpreter so that I could contact them, but they said it had to be the call-back option only. I tried to explain the time and effort it takes to arrange an interpreter, but they said there was nothing else they could do. I paid an early exit fee on top of other charges for a very poor service.
