Good property managers but too many messages
Turnkey does a good job of property management. The specific unit we rented in Taos Ski Valley was as-described and enjoyable. Communication is very good.... and probably too good. The amount of emails and texts you'll receive related to a rental with TurnKey is a little too much on my opinion. So long as you don't mind extra communication you'll have a good experience.
