Excellent customer service and quality products
Been working with Medela for our hospital's lactation program for over two years now. Their breast pumps are reliable and the support team is incredibly knowledgeable. When we had an issue with one of our rental units, they had a replacement shipped overnight. The only minor complaint is that their pricing can be a bit steep, but the quality justifies it.
