The worst management company ever
The worst management company ever! My elderly mother was charged about $200 to repair a mailbox that a drunk crashed into. She was charged for a service that never took place. The pipe in the laundry was leaking. The washer hose is attached to this. When the plumber came there was no leak any longer. HE PREFORMED NO WORK AT ALL. Told my mother she should get a new washer and disconnected a hose that was too tight for my ELDERLY mother to take off. He charged this company $90! And of course this company charged my mother! I have explained that the man did no work and they kept saying different things to make it seem that its our doing for the bill. THE MAN DID NO WORK! But no one wants to do anything about. It is ridiculous that this company would allow such a scam to an elderly person. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY THAT IS ONLY LOOKING OUT FOR THEMSELVES.
