Lululemon store assistant SWORE at and VERBALLY ABUSED me! Completely unprovoked
Absolutely SHOCKED and DISGUSTED by the customer service I received in the Lululemon Westfields branch in White city today. I overheard a member of staff speaking negatively about me whilst I was in the changing room. I calmly asked her why and she responded extremely aggressively by swearing at and kissing her teeth at me! I asked to speak with a manager as her behaviour was unacceptable and completely unprofessional to which she responded "I don't really". The store assistant began waving in my direction in an attempt to antagonise me whilst I was explaining to the manager what I had just experienced. I've always considered Lululemon to be a reputable brand focused on delivering a high level of customer service; something I no longer believe if they can allow such a caliber of person to represent their brand! Truly the worst customer service experience I've ever witnessed!
