Overall a good experience

The process was relatively smooth and my convayancer was responsive to any queries. I also received regular updates. Some questions could have been answered more directly, however, as I would often have to reiterate or reword qs to get a clear answer. Following completion I was also asked to pay an additional sum due to a miscalculation (left out cashback from the mortgage lender). Would be good to avoid this in future.
