The marketing of our property - we had a number of viewers who commented on how our house and garden looked better and bigger than on the photos, I suppose this was better than being disappointed by false pictures of stretched rooms etc but on the other hand, how many had been put off by the pictures? Sale negotiations - We were encouraged to accept an offer £2500 less than what we sold for, being told that it would be their job to negotiate that extra off our next property. We stuck to our guns on the offer price we wanted and received our full asking price. Sales progression team - In all honestly the sales progression team were good but I feel there may be room for slight improvements. At times my husband and I felt like it was our buyers paying the end bill and not ourselves. Having dealt with the sales progression team of another estate agent, one feature I liked is that they would request and email weekly updates from both our solicitor and that of who we were buying off. The information was very up to date and useful.
