Need more local staff and direct phone number

Really like the home however, the underwriting and approval process took a very long time and it was very difficult to reach a Darwin agent. When moving we are under strict deadlines as to when to be out of one place and into another and it was almost impossible to coordinate with speaking to an actual representative. After approval our move in date was pushed back twice we ended up renting a storage unit AND staying in a hotel for a week waiting on appliances in order to gain access to the home. Our move in date finally arrived and I access my keys and enter the home and the appliances are in boxes in the middle of the kitchen after a week in a hotel and eating fast food and being pushed back while we waited on said appliances to arrive we are now in the home a week and had to install the refrigerator ourselves finally someone came to install our stove we learned our dishwasher still has not been ordered and the stove is missing the hood and fan. Everything was very slow paced and delayed and after touring the home and loving it, it took a very negative turn. Had someone physically been here to walk through the home with us they would’ve seen the appliances uninstalled. Running a property management company from another state with low local staffing is the downfall of this experience please hire more local staff or make it clear that Darwin is NOT local and who the point of contact is with these issues. I’m constantly texting the 833 number and when they call me an automated system hangs up. Not a great experience at all
