Unethical and uncaring
I kicked off using Freeletics and found the product to be pretty good. My personal circumstances changed where I couldn't continue, and then I forgot to cancel the automatic renewal. I've reached out to request a refund explaining my circumstances and received the response in the other reviews. They don't notify you of the renewal, take your money, and then if you have a genuine reason to request a refund they refer back to their terms and don't care that they've taken $130 from you. There are many reputable subscription companies that communicate transparently and ethically with their subscribers. Freeletics is not one of them.
