Appalling pre cruise customer service
Appalling pre cruise customer service. We’ve tried to check in online and download the medallion app. 3 weeks to go before our long awaited cruise on 5th November. The app doesn’t work, the checkin system is totally flawed and we’ve waited all day to get through on the phone. Hours of holding on to be told they can’t help and surprise, surprise!! The itinerary has been changed for the second time and no one has notified us. Just happened to spot it on the travel summary when trying to check in. Got through to a member of staff who said they can change what they want to and we can’t have any compensation or move the cruise. Very rude man who spoke over me constantly. The cruise we booked in February 2021 bears no resemblance to the one we are now forced to go on. Really not looking forward to going now. We have another cruised booked for summer 2022 with princess and are now going to cancel even if we lose the deposit. It’s too stressful to use them again. They don’t deserve loyalty from customers who are treated in this way.
