Tom Rugg is a Customer Satisfaction Champion
It isn't always easy getting things right the first time around. Due to some unresolved and ongoing issues, we had to escalate some of our maintenance issues. Tom Rugg (Maintenance Manager) immediately stepped in to assist and within 24 hours, had all of our issues resolved and/or scheduled. He provided a personalized & courteous touch that displayed his care for customer satisfaction. I am so happy we have Tom on our side, and don't want to think about what our experience would be like without him.
