Poor service, based on attendants guesswork.
Attendant refused to wash my car after I prepaid,said it was to big, he checked by eye. It was however under the height restriction. I asked for a refund he said no, contact the company. I said I want my money back as I had used the carwash before without issue. I ask to speak to a manager and he refused, I was told to F-off when I refused to move my car, he said he called the police so I decided to wait till they arrived. They didn't so I called them, I repeatedly ask for a refund and was refused. He repeatedly took pictures of my car and said I was on CCTV,at which I said, great. I eventually gave up and he complained that he lost custom, for the sake of £11, which he owed me. Very poor service.
