False charges …

I made a purchase on the computer for 159.72 and they didn’t have everything in stock. I was picking this order up at the store in person. So the charge was holding at the bank. When I picked the order up. The true charge was 131.15 they took a separate amount out and continued to hold the 159.72. I also made a call to order what they didn’t have to be shipped for 28.54 and 1 item they didn’t have so it took it down to 25.84 and they held the 28.54 also along with 159.72. I called the bank and Joann customer service. Joann said all they could do was email the bank. That it was the banks duty to release the funds. That is false information. I had to 3 way call the bank and Joann and it took that call to release the extra funds back to my account. They had no right to make extra charge. They should of took the amount out of the original purchase. Shame on them. I will change my card and private information Don’t do business with them not online or on the phone maybe in person. But not any other way
