Excellent communications, and a good price.
The website had a range of products that suited my particular needs, so I was able to make an informed decision, rather than being pushed down a single product route. I was contacted regularly to keep me up-to-date on the status of my order, and the team were very helpful on adjusting delivery addresses after I had placed my order. I would highly recommend the company (and will use again myself). I wish I could give a 4.5 star rating, as the only thing that prevents a full five-star rating? It wasn't 100% clear on stock availability and one of the You Tube videos on the product page kept coming up as Private, so I couldn't watch the review.
