Exceptional exsperiance
We first booked this holiday to Kenya pre Covid but had to cancel. But returned to Audley Travel after Covid because of the level of work they had done previously. The customer service we received from the beginning until the very end was exceptional. There representative Theresa Arachi listened to our requirements and came up with just what we wanted and answered all of our questions and queries fully and if did not know the answer came back to us within a few days.
