Update on my previous review: I am still waiting for my bill, no one's been in touch. I rang yesterday and today, all I was told was that the billing department are still looking in to it, I am getting fed up now. This months bill is due soon and I haven't had last months yet. I read my meter and emailed the reading to them and I have done what they have told me to do so why are they taking so long? I don't want to be behind on my bills and this is causing me stress I can do without. I
