Wished it lasted longer
Bought a 3-Way Wireless Wall Switch via costco. It worked great till it just stopped working a few months later. More specifically the remote turns on the light, but then they just shut off after 15 seconds. An online search showed that this is a common issue. I contacted them, perhaps it was reengineered and fixed. They kindly replaced it and again all was great for a few more months, then it stopped working again. I contacted them again and was told the replacement unit does not extend the warranty. Hummm. Guess this is a product that never lasts more than a few months. UPDATE -- They agreed to send yet another unit as a replacement. That is appreciated. They did reiterate this does not alter the warranty and they would not be able to offer any more replacements should this one fail.
