BAD COMPANY!!!
BAD COMPANY!!! I truly believe this company is not what it seems. I wish I had of read previous reviews before I fell into the trap of ordering from them. When they can’t fulfill orders they keep your payment!! I’ve now reported this company to the correct authorities. I’ve also contacted my bank in regards to this company. The same person answers the phone stating he is the pharmacist and can’t connect you to anyone else as no one around to take a call? Please take notice of all previous reviews before you purchase of this company. Please do not try to justify yourself with false information. My prescription was rejected … yes! But that’s how you work. Customers pay for items which if not suitable for the person you state a full refund will be given ? Like I’ve mentioned NO REFUND has been given!! Your company will be fully investigated. I can’t believe you tried to get my honest review taking down. Why haven’t you answered emails ? Why do you state you give refunds in 24/48 hours which you clearly don’t! I’m honestly not letting you away with doing this to other honest hardworking people hence I’m taking it forward as above following the correct procedures. No right not to return money that is not rightfully yours once an order has been rejected. Can you provide proof of my refund you apparently made ? I’ve submitted my order number as requested so I’m presuming you can provide evidence of the refund ? You also state below your not on or using Trust Pilot ? You clearly are as you’ve gone on to answer plenty of reviews!!
