Terrible service

Terrible service. Left a whole block of flats without any running water for over 24 hours. Didn't offer to supply bottled water. Told multiple lies about it being resolved. Said people were "on site" when the technicians were telling us Newton hadn't even instructed them so they couldn't fix it. No communication or apology from Newton.
