WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
SENT A BASKET TO MY FATHER FOR HIS 75TH BIRTHDAY, WHICH I UPGRADED TO INCLUDE 2 BOTTLES OF MOËT AND AN ORCHID AND SOME NUTS - WAS MEANT TO COME WITH EXOTIC FRUIT. INSTEAD THEY SENT 3 ROTTEN BANANAS, 2 ROTTEN KIWIS AND 2 ROTTEN LIMES AND ONE BOTTLE OF SPARKLING WINE - AND TOOK $327 FROM ME FOR THE PRIVILEDGE. NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE LINE AND THEN ONE WEEK LATER GET A GENERIC LIKE EMAIL SAYING THAT THEY DON'T PROVIDE REFUNDS AND THAT THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE!!! SUBSTITUTE???? FOR ROTTEN FRUIT? AND WHAT ABOUT ALL OF THE OTHER STUFF THAT I PAID FOR THAT THEY NEGLECTED TO INCLUDE? I HAVE OPENED A CASE WITH AMEX AND ADVISE ALL OF YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!!
