Charged twice
After completing the purchase the app wrote ‘something went wrong’ and I did the entire process again. The result is that you charged me twice and sold me two identical insurances. Customer service addressed the issue quickly and I got my money back. The error message on the app is still present and a bit confusing. All in all I am using Heymondo for a while and always happy with the purchase process. Thankfully, I never had to experience their service in case of need 🤞
