Worst Company EVER
This company should be banned. Not only is there customer service absolutely horrid but they are extremely difficult to do business with if anything outside of the norm happens. I recently moved into a property and there was lots of letters belong to the previous owner stating final warning we will cut your electricity off if you dont pay x amount. I dealt with them about 5 times on the phone explaining I am not the previous tenant but it was like talking to the wall. I have phoned the council about them now and the housing department will have to deal with them. They ask for all these ridiculous things like take a photo with the date stamped in it etc to just defer you and not actually deal with the problem. It takes a good 25mins to even get to talk to anybody
