Unfortunately, I totally agree with all of the previous reviews ref. the USELESS Medallion App, such POOR Customer Services and Prinecess Cruises certainly know how to take your hard earnt money without a refund............. I have emailed and told to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund, I called and was put on hold for 45 minutes only to be instantly cut-off when answered. This is not good enough Princess Cruises after 18 months of no holidays due to Covid............. The trouble is Princess Cruises is part of the much larger Carnival Group, so I wont be sailing with this group of companies ever again until I get my money back. This review along with others will probably fall on deaf ears.............wish I could rate ZERO stars at this moment in time
