AVOID- Terrible Buy to Let Agent
The worst Estate Agent I have had the displeasure to use as a Letting Agent. Disorganised, dishonest, inept, apathetic and useless. I could go on. On multiple occasions I had to ask the agent to chase for outstanding monies from tenants, to ensure check outs were done correctly and to generally do their administration as I was paying them for. They have a high level of staff turnover so you are always speaking to someone else. Their contractors for repairs are exorbitant- and are never challenged. I was quoted £5000 to change a bathroom door- i got it done for £1800 in the end. I was charged £300 to clean carpets in 2 bedrooms and hall and stairs. Do not use!!! There are plenty of better ways to throw your money down the drain.
