I've been using services of Carrentals for some years always getting service to my expectation or exceeding my expectation. All rented cars were in good technical conditions always to offered technical specification or better, never below. The prices were reasonable giving a good value for the money. I never have experienced any hidden costs. The personnel was friendly and helpful giving quick answers to my questions. It was easy to contact the company by phone. No tedious and endless music or press this or that, just quick and straightforward contact. I appreciate very much patience with my numerous cancellations and re-bookings of car caused by Covid-19 pandemic. In plain words, I'll continue to be customer of Carrentals due to very high level of satisfaction
