‘Sicily the jewel of the Mediterranean’
Booked with Titan on their ‘Sicily the jewel of the Mediterranean’ tour leaving on 27th May 2025. Overall I enjoyed the tour although some days involved very long coach rides and - imho - long periods of free time in small towns with only one or two ‘attractions’ which we had often visited as part of a guided tour. However there were many high points - Agrigento, Cefalù, Erice, Taormina, Etna and many more! Hotels were different but each one had its own character. Some evening meals could have been more interesting but in general food was varied and plentiful. And we had a fantastic tour manager - Jill Powrie and our driver Claudio.
