No idea what they will do with my plan
Sold me a plan that has different rates at different times. Seller never asked about my smart meter ..which doesn't work so they now can't measure it, no bill after 53 days no direct debit collected customer services barely answer an email. Long phone queues..when I get through 3 different answers on how it will be resolved. I don't think they have any idea. Can't register on website Plan itself is cheaper if they ever get it working but wish I'd stayed with SO energy Everything I've wrote is factual happy to dispute it with any member of their team. I would advise anyone considering joining TOMATO to look at how many 1 star reviews they have in December alone Avoid Post note - look at their reply - "If I want to contact them" - says everything - why don't they contact me and give me a proposal?
