I purchased some yarn from Joann’s and…
I purchased some yarn from Joann’s and put in the wrong address. I contacted them immediately to fix it and was told they couldn’t make any changes to order once they’re placed. This has got to be the worst customer service policy on record. I’m out 52.00 since I have no way to get my stuff. They did offer to reimburse me if I couldn’t retrieve my stuff. But what kind of BS policy is this for online sales. I doubt I’ll ever purchase anything from them again online
