Shout Out for Prime Utilities dept;
This is a review in favour of Anita Sloane and her team at Prime Property Management, Utilities department . We are a small RTM Company having taken over the management 13 ago ! Recently we have been experiencing some shockingly bad customer service from the Electricity Supplier EDF ! That was until Anita from Prime took our complaints on board to challenge EDF in regards to incorrect meter readings , resulting in overcharges due to their incompetence . Anita was successful in obtains the refunds due to us and also getting the readings on track . We look forward to working with Anita to move our accounts to an alternative supplier .
