We booked an installation after an issue with our existing boiler during the coldest week of the year. It was booked for Tuesday but after speaking to someone on the phone they were able to bring this forward to the Wednesday before. The installer arrived on time. Unfortunately not all the parts arrived but he went out to get what he needed to make sure our installation was a success. The new thermostat wasn't sent either but the installer sorted that too, he organised for an electrician to come another day. The electrician messaged me beforehand to organise when he would come and he also did great work. Very happy with the experience, despite the small issues
