Fantastic customer service. I clearly bought the wrong product for my son's needs. Arron was brilliant, efficient and the VIBOX returns policy/ warranty is second to none. Genuinely really impressed and hope if you read this, you use it to move forward and purchase something from them - good guys deserve success!
