Placed an order weeks ago for Christmas items, tried numerous times to get a status besides 'processing'. Waited an hour on the line 330.735.6576 (you won't find this number on their inept website). Was told they could not cancel the order even though they haven't yet shipped it. Horrible Online service, no wonder people go to Amazon - sad. If you need to shop go to one of their stores or try Walmart or Holly Lobby.
