Very Poor Quality

I struggle to award 1 star. Avoid this company. In July 2024 I bought a recliner chair from them. Less than 8 weeks later the seat cushion became very lumpy & misshaped so complained on 27/09/2024. On 01/10/2024 I was offered either £30 refund or a replacement base. I chose the replacement base delivered on 17/10/2024. Four months later even worse issues developed on the replacement, seat cushion lumpy & flat, recliner spring underneath not fitted correctly & catches on the fabric tearing it, plastic tubing protruding through the fabric, the list is endless. On 14/02/2025 I complained again & requested a full refund. I was told as I'd had the item over 6 months (incorrect, replacement for 4months) a refund could not be issued and replacement base is not classed as a new product so no refund either. I was then offered if I keep the chair a further refund of £35, or I could request replacement parts & they would see if the warehouse had them to send to me!! I gave up at this point & agreed to £35 refund. I'm a 56yr old lady, live alone on benefits & in ill health, all explained to them. So how they expected me to fit any replacement parts is beyond my comprehension. I am now stuck with a chair that is useless, uncomfortable, extremely poor quality & clearly not fit for purpose. AVOID AVOID AVOID
