Booked an instant appointment for an urgent med.They never called and I could not get through on the phone. Took two hours of emailing for them to say they never had an appointment booked for me. I expressed it was urgent and they then cancelled my appointment and refused to refund it. Now I am out of pocket with no medication and a wasted morning
