The transaction has disappeared from the database, messages are not answered - as a result, it is impossible to complain about the seller
On January 9, I found my transaction and sent the information on it to my e-mail. While unsuccessfully tried to solve the issue with the seller for 2 weeks, the transaction disappeared, i.e. it is impossible to complain about the seller. On January 23, at the request of tech support, I provided a bank statement with details of the transaction, and for 4 days I have been completely ignored. The lesson is to work with paypal and not to get in touch with any unscrupulous places like this.
