No respose after purchasing the house
No respose after purchasing the house. I can see that most have very high rating about this company but certainly this was not the experience I had. We purchased our property through this legal firm as it was listed as the recommended firm on the builder list. During the purchase, we found that the person who managed our account was hard to get in contact with, every time we tried to call, we were always told that the person in charge was not around. The exchange document we received had several typos and errors e.g. names and addresses not right but we (as a client) corrected it before it was announced final. We have purchased our property for 2 years, we have been chasing for a year about the land registry form but no response received at all. Interestingly, most neighbours who purchased and moved in after me received the land registry already. Some received after 6 months of their purchase. I mean even the form was not ready, we expect at least a reply saying they were not ready, but my email was always sent to a black hole. I felt like there was no contact at all after purchase. Very disappointing service.
