The bank closed a joint account of mine, the joint party that closed the account does not have mental capacity. No checks were made regarding the mental capacity. The account was just closed, the person did not have a bank card for this account never has had a card and they could not remember ever having this account. An absolute nightmare to contact the bank and trying to find a branch that's open is virtually impossible. Telephone operator completely useless, I spent over 5 hors trying to sort this out its still not resolved,
