Awful customer service
Awful customer service. After not being able to make calls I rang customer service who told me my bundle had been switched to roaming only, but couldn't tell me when or who had done so. I said I wanted to cancel and they directed me to their website, which directs you to the app. The "send email" function on the app which you need to use to cancel does not work. Back to the website, which says you can cancel by calling customer services. They direct me back to the website to log in to the account, but now my password has stopped working. Ok, click the forgot password link to email me a reset link - no email received. Back to the website to "raise a ticket" to get support. NO REPLY. Don't sign up to a contract with this disreputable operator, they'll do everything possible to stop you ever leaving.
