We keep having issues with Neyflytv…

We keep having issues with the Neyflytv service and the reset feature does not seem to make any difference. Many times we notified them by chat and email but the issues persisted. They also recently refunded one of our subscriptions in error, that resulted in them cancelling one of our subscriptions. The error was made by one of their staff, yet they penalised us for their mistake, that cannot be right. The service when it works is OK but there are too many recurring problems that they do not seem able to rectify in a timely manner. The 24 hour catchup is a bit limiting especially when it doesn't work. We prefer to use the chat facility as when emailing them they take a lot longer to reply, if they bother to reply at all.
