Customer service for online orders is…
Customer service for online orders is nonexistent. Left on hold for 30 minutes plus twice. When the call was finally answered, was told emphatically that my order would arrive before Christmas. Called a third time today, was on hold for 20 minutes to be told that my order would not arrive in time unless it went out today. I requested to cancel and was told there were no cancellations once an order was placed. I asked if they could check to see if the items would ship today, and was told that they would email and it would take 5-10 business days for them to answer . So essentially they do not give their customers any recourse . Also, if the order does eventually ship, I would be responsible for returning my items to a Joann store location myself . There is not a Joann location where I live hence why I ordered online. I am planning on refusing the delivery and fighting whatever charges occur on my credit card . Will not purchase from them again .
